Plugivery Distribution, in collaboration with Pulsar Audio, has released Pulsar Poseidon, a groundbreaking EQ plugin that brings the signature sound of a rare, legendary console into the digital realm.

This powerful EQ has been faithfully modeled after the iconic console that shaped the sound of hit records by Queen, The Beatles, David Bowie, and The Rolling Stones, among others.

Pulsar Poseidon combines the unique sonic character of the original hardware with modern features, offering engineers and producers a versatile, easy-to-use tool for their audio projects.

From extended frequency ranges to Mid/Side processing and multiple saturation modes, this plugin delivers both the musicality of the past and the flexibility needed in today’s productions.

Key Features of Pulsar Poseidon:

Precise Analog Emulation: Faithful recreation of the original console’s unique EQ band interactions, now visualized on-screen for easy control.

Modern Workflow with Extended Frequency Ranges: Unlike the original hardware, Pulsar Poseidon offers continuous frequency adjustments, expanding its usefulness for contemporary audio production.

Mid/Side Processing & Multiple Saturation Colors: Gain precise control over the stereo field and add rich analog-style saturation using a variety of circuits, including one modeled after the original unit.

Intuitive On-Screen Editing: The curve editor and spectrum analyzer make it simple to shape the sound, with detailed feedback on each EQ adjustment.

Additional Features: Gain Scale for adjusting the intensity of the EQ curve, Auto-Gain to maintain consistent volume, selectable oversampling, and a resizable interface.

Introductory Promotion and Pricing

The Pulsar Poseidon EQ plugin will be available at a list price of US$99. However, from September 10th through October 8th, 2024, users can take advantage of an introductory promotional price of US$59.
