Major Firmware Updates for Hotone
Improvements expand sound design possibilities

Hotone has recently rolled out new firmware for its Ampero II Stage multiFX pedal, Pulze controllers and Verbera FX pedal. The update dramatically expands sound design possibilities and addresses a lot of user requests.

1. Split the MENU into Preset Setting and Global Setting to make it easier to adjust additional “advanced parameters” within presets and global configurations.
2. Add an Octave parameter to Preset Setting.
Add an Octave Vol parameter to give IR a shimmer-like tonal effect.
3. Add a preset output level control under Preset Setting.
Add Preset Setting: Level in the MENU: –20 dB to 0 dB .
4. Add an IR Drive parameter in Preset Setting.
5. Add an XR Damp parameter in Preset Setting.
6. Add new selectable Mod types in Preset Setting: Normal / DeepSea.

12. MIDI-related updates:
(1) Add preset switching via PC.
(2) When switching presets via CC or PC, the screen now synchronizes to display the corresponding preset change.
13. After file management via NeonCollector software, the device can now update data in real time without requiring a reboot.

Neon New Features
1. Added a data-sync feature. Data can now be updated to Verbera directly via USB using the Sync function in the Neon Collector software, without the need for manual device reboot.
Ampero Stage II Series
Firmware Version 1.5.1
Notice
If your current firmware version is below V1.3.3, please be sure to use the
latest Ampero II V1.3.1 software to perform the firmware update.
To prevent any possible issue, please backup your patches first before
updating.
