ZAOR’S MAREA WORKSTATION

By

August 18, 2014

Zaor has just released it’s latest in its Classic Series of media workstation– Marea.

The Marea workstation is able to cater to a variety of different shapes and angled digital mixers or DAW controllers (such as Solid State Logic’s ‘Nucleus’) in a dedicated mixer tray section purposefully planned to save studio real estate while maintaining production workflow. A laptop or other equally effective accessory can be sat in the flat surface to its left or right while a bridge section above handily holds up to 6U of rack-mountable outboard. In addition, two computer monitors can comfortably stand side by side on top whilst still maintaining a bijou workspace (158cm by 110cm). Particular attention has been paid to cable management, leaving enough room for whatever’s needed to connect everything together, whilst keeping things tidy.

The workstation comes in a neutral black-coloured body and features two solid wood legs, from locally sourced oak and comes in blonde or can be stained to Cherry, Walnut, Mahogony, or Black. Relevant controls are within direct reach of anyone sitting in the sweet spot, with rack-mounted gear set back at arm’s length, making the most of primary ergonomic space.

Pricing and Availability

Marea comes with a RRP starting price of EUR€1,050.00 (including 15% tax, plus shipping costs) and can be ordered directly from Zoar, via its website here.
