IKEA Hackers come to the rescue with a great idea for a broadcast style microphone stand on the cheap.
We know articulating mic stands can cost you at least a couple of limbs. But, if you’re close enough to an IKEA store, grab an IKEA TERTIAL lamp for a paltry $20, unscrew the lamp housing and bolt your sacrificial shock-mount to it.
